1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your baby's essentials directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • LuxNest Baby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • We take extra care in packing your baby items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within [48 hours] of delivery at [support@luxnestbaby.com].

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
